What inspired you to create Asteroid Hub? There were a few things. It definitely started with a passion and excitement for the launch and the explosion of creativity I saw in those first few days. It was really inspiring. It felt like a historical moment for Cosmos Hub and I wanted to capture that in some way. I grew intensely curious about the sub 10K collections. Not just the one-off asteroids (though there are some cool ones) but the works by artists that were quick to inscribe original art and had a vision for a series so early on. That felt important to me and I wanted to keep a record of this. I started by creating one for myself in a spreadsheet and then thought other people might be interested in it as well. That was the seed of Asteroid Hub. As I thought more about it and the parallels between the Asteroid Protocol and Ordinal Protocol, I saw the importance of what was happening here. I was around for the launch of the Ordinal Protocol -- watching from the sidelines -- and this time I wanted to do more. I wanted to lend myself in some way to build up the Asteroid community. That's when I really committed to making Asteroid Hub a reality.
