Visitors 101 Our most distant cousins have been visiting us for millennia. It is only in relatively recent history since the invention of the camera that their surprisingly friendly visitations have been documented on film. Previously humans relied on written accounts or artistic depictions, some of which we hope to show you should they be released to us soon. However this evidence, when it occasionally surfaces is quickly confiscated or ridiculed and labelled as a hoax, so amazingly these visits remain merely a myth until this day. In dusty boxes hidden in shady museums and secure facilities these pictures are mostly hidden away indefinitely until someone discovers them and is brave enough to leak them onto the internet and into public consciousness. Here is our first batch of pictorial documentation of these visitors throughout the ages. Visitor 060- c1920s Wookiee Father brought home the furred giant, a stranger lumbering under the low, slanted roof. He came with rain in his scent and stars clinging to his pelt— the static crackle of some far-off place, an electric hum in the fabric of his being. Evelyn, small hands clutched tight around a chipped cup, watched him crouch by the radio, his growl a bass-line to crackling broadcasts. She asked no questions, as if she’d known he was coming— somewhere in her dreams, the ones where the skies bent inward like a cave. Father spoke to him like he might a fox or a priest. Words about the cricket pitch, about the market’s bread and butter prices. The Wookiee listened, or maybe he didn’t. He moved like a bear, quiet and deliberate, and Evelyn followed his steps, out of the house, through the wet grass, to the shed where tools gleamed like forgotten memories. That night, the moon hung low, its light tangled in his fur. He sat by the window, staring into time while Evelyn dreamed of forests, of stars, of the secret language of growls.
